Email notifications and discussion

We are setting up two email mailing lists -- this is a work in progress as of Monday; September 29, 2008

  • cops-announce@lists.summertown.org  : A low volume list for C.O.P.S. coordinators to send notices to everyone in Summertown. This is not a discussion list and posting it restricted. Status: functional.
  • cops-captains@lists.summertown.org  : A discussion lists for C.O.P.S. Block Captains. Will allow free participation by all Block Captains. Status: We're currently building the list of block captain's email addresses. List has been created and we have ~9 active captains subscribed.
